Our liveBrilliance Courses are designed to bring peace and less stress to those wanting enhance life and relationships.  All of our practioners trained at the Univerisity Pennsylvania’s Mindfulness Program.  Some have additional MBSR (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction) Intensive Training with Jon Kabat Zinn, PhD, of the University of Massachusetts Medical School.   For nearly two decades MBSR has been taught to thousands of people as a way to:

 

Increase focus and mental clarity

Manage difficult situations

Enhance communication

Improve mood and energy

Increase enjoyment and appreciation of life
