Our liveBrilliance Courses are designed to bring peace and less stress to those wanting enhance life and relationships.  All of our practitioners trained at the University Pennsylvania’s Mindfulness Program.  Some have additional MBSR (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction) Intensive Training with Jon Kabat Zinn, PhD, of the University of Massachusetts Medical School.   For nearly two decades MBSR has been taught to thousands of people as a way to:

 

Reduce the effects of stress on the body

Manage pain

Increase focus and mental clarity

Cope with difficult people

Enhance communications

Improve mood and energy

 

 

 STRESS MANAGEMENT SESSIONS

Most of our sessions are customized for groups.  These are most popular:

1 day (6-8 hours)

2  days (12-16 hours)

2 1/2 days (two 3-4 hour sessions)

4  1.5–2 hour sessions

3 Day/2 Night Beach Retreat (max 12 participants)
