Founder, Suzette Margolis completed the University of Pennsylvania’s Mindfulness Program under Michael Baime, MD and Penn’s Teacher Practicum with Karen Bowles, MD. For nearly two decades Penn has taught mindfulness-based techniques to thousands of people as a way to:
Increase focus and mental clarity
Manage difficult situations
Improve mood and energy
Increase enjoyment and appreciation of life

Classes will be held in Bryn Mawr, PA from 6:30-8:45 PM on Wednesdays, from April 19- May 31, 2017. A full day retreat is included and optional on a weekend day. Everyone from the most experienced practitioners to absolute beginners is welcome. No prior meditation experience is required.
