The Course





Our liveBrilliance Course is designed to bring mindfulness programs to those wanting to reduce stress and enhance their life’s work.  Founder, Suzette Margolis completed the University of Pennsylvania’s Mindfulness Program under Michael Baime, MD and Penn’s Teacher Practicum with Karen Bowles, MD.  For nearly two decades Penn has taught mindfulness-based techniques to thousands of people as a way to:



Increase focus and mental clarity

Manage difficult situations

Enhance communication

Improve mood and energy

Increase enjoyment and appreciation of life

Course Book:  Full Catastrophe Living by Jon Kabat-Zinn

Classes will be held in Bryn Mawr, PA from 6:30-8:45 PM on Wednesdays, from April 19- May 31, 2017.  A full day retreat is included and optional on a weekend day.  Everyone from the most experienced practitioners to absolute beginners is welcome.  No prior meditation experience is required.
