Our liveBrilliance Course is designed to bring mindfulness programs to those wanting to reduce stress and enhance their life’s work.  Founder, Suzette Margolis completed Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Intensive Training with Jon Kabat Zinn, PhD, of the University of Massachusetts Medical School, the University of Pennsylvania’s Mindfulness Program under Michael Baime, MD and Penn’s Teacher Practicum with Karen Bowles, MD.  For nearly two decades mindfulness-based techniques have been taught to thousands of people as a way to:

 

 

Increase focus and mental clarity

Manage difficult situations

Enhance communication

Improve mood and energy

Increase enjoyment and appreciation of life

 

 

 

 

Course Book:  Full Catastrophe Living by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD.

Everyone from the most experienced practitioners to absolute beginners is welcome.  No prior meditation experience is required.
