Founder, Suzette Margolis completed Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Intensive Training with Jon Kabat Zinn, PhD, of the University of Massachusetts Medical School, the University of Pennsylvania’s Mindfulness Program under Michael Baime, MD and Penn’s Teacher Practicum with Karen Bowles, MD. For nearly two decades mindfulness-based techniques have been taught to thousands of people as a way to:
